She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bruno and Arelie Tea Markowski; and her husband William "Bill" Darley Smith. She is survived by: her grandmother Michelle Simmons (Barre); her granddaughter Kate Taylor; her siblings, Mary Ann Ragan (Reed), Dorothy Towler and Harry J Markowski; and her brothers-in-law, Dave Swain (Nancy) and John Swain (Jill). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
