We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2021, at the age of 70, Frederick Thomas Locks (Falls Church, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Locks and Fred Henry Locks Jr.. He is survived by: his son Ryan (Pamela Kowalewski); and his siblings, Robert, Shawn Locks and Marilyn Yvonne Marshall. He is also survived by friendship with his brothers, which his family members.
