He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cornelius Kelliher and Mary Elizabeth Kelliher; his wife Janice (Woodrick); his daughters, Helen Elizabeth (Mike Jackson) of Fairfax, VA, Carole Ann of Falls Church, VA and Nancy Marie (Leon Scales) of Salem, VA; his grandchildren, Dylan Reid, David Michael, Brett Ryan, Erik Jon-Cornelius, Taylor Marie, Kennedy Leanne and LJ; and his brothers, Joe (Beverly) and James. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
