He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus 'Pete' and Virginia Boothe. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Boothe; his sister Linda Boothe; and his children, Dale, Katinka Hawley, Missy, PJ Adkins and Tracy Adkins. He is also survived by 6 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; and 1 great granddaughter.
