She is survived by: her husband John Collins; her children, Sidney David and DeAnna Terry; her grandchildren, Amaril Terry, Ladavian Terry, Nevaeh Rivera and Alayzia Rivera; her siblings, Andrew Terry, Denise Terry, Rolanda Terry, Tameshia Manns, Lisa Campbell (Kim) and Emma Pablo Melendez; her nieces and nephews, Robert Terry, Andrew Terry, Jessica Terry, Shelby Terry, Ashley Terry, Annah Terry, Natasha Farrow, Ava Mills and Ke'yone Manns; her parents-in-law, Charlie and Maxine Collins; and her close friend Dayna Chinnery. She is also survived by mom who cared deeply for her family and friends.
