He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Charles, Sr. and Dorothy Marie Kolarich; and his sisters, Mary Ann Campbell, Kathleen Kolarich and Grace Little.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lee Hicks Kolarich; his son Louis Charles "Charlie" Kolarich, III; and his sisters, Irene (Jack Johnson) and Barbara Sue Saunders. He is also survived by in-laws, The Hicks family; and many other relatives, and friends.
