It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Melvin Wilkins of Fairlawn, Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Sharon McCoy; his daughter Melinda; his son-in-law Steve Slusser; and his grandchildren, Matthew McCoy (Shannon), Billy Graham (Tiffany), Harlie Clinch (Jeremy), Ethan Slusser, Devon Viars (Chelsea) and Hannah Viars (Josh). He is also survived by 11 great- grandchildren, and extended family.
