Altizer; her brother Darryl W.; her sister-in-law Lisa Altizer; her niece Amanda Talbert (Josh); her nephew Carlton Bruce Altizer (Nicole); and her great-nieces, Harper, Kylee Talbert, Addisyn and Emersyn Altizer. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
