He was predeceased by: his father H. Bolen Shepherd. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Shepherd Gipple (Mike), Justin Shepherd (Blair) and Daniel Shepherd (Amanda); his sister Yvonne Slaughter; and his grandchildren, Emma Shepherd, Cole Shepherd and James Gipple.
