He is survived by: his significant other Tina Bragenzer; his children, Daniel Hypes of Belspring, Shannon Hypes of Floyd and Danielle Hypes of Radford; and his siblings, Tony Hypes (Susan), Terry Collier (Gary), Ann Walters, Betty Harless and Serreta Hypes.
