She was predeceased by: her parent Ralph Kegley; her daughter Teresa Lynn Mitchell; and her brother Walter Kegley. She is survived by: her husband Robert Mitchell; her children, Roxanna (Lou Brown), Debbie (Marcus Bryan), Bobby (Leona Mitchell), Mitch (Carla Mitchell) and Jimmy (Rhonda Mitchell); her siblings, Judy Kegley and Ralph Kegley; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Cox and Margaret Mills. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
