With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Farmer McPeak of Fairlawn, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Farmer and Mary Farmer; her husband Charles A. McPeak, Sr.; her daughter Patricia McPeak Bishop; and her siblings, David Farmer, Pete Farmer, Vernon Farmer, Emmett Farmer, Ed Farmer, Mac Farmer, Belle Furrow, Mary Alger and Lillie Nester.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Lyons (Tommy), Charlotte McGinnis, Sharon Overstreet, Chris "Moe" McPeak and Charles McPeak, Jr.; her grandchildren, Mandy, Jessie, Steven, Thomas, Jessica and Laura; her great grandchildren, Guin, Ben, Geoff, Aliyah, Arianna, Levi and Bethany; and her nieces, Betty Graham and Pat Odham. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
