He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Sisk and Sara Lee Sisk. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sisk; his son Eric Sisk; his stepson Russ Thompson; his brother Brian; his sister-in-law Dolly Sisk; his sister Sandy; and his brother-in-law Mike Pullen. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
