He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William P. Carroll and Irene K. Carroll (Forbes); his wife Jacqueline (Pepin); his children, Patricia Carroll Hertzler (Conrad Hertzler), John Carroll (Juliette Lantz) and Catherine Carroll; his grandchildren, Michael Truman Hertzler, Emily Hertzler, Madeline Carroll, William Hertzler and Peter Carroll; and his brother James Carroll (Mary).
