With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Kaye Carpenter of Fairfax, Virginia, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 26, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Crozier and Helen I. Crozier; her brother James A. Crozier II; and her stepson William. She is survived by: her brothers, Terrance Crozier (Carin) of San Antonio, TX. and Kevin Crozier of San Antonio, TX.; her former husband Paul Wilbert Senior; her children, Joyce M. (James Schmidt) and P. Michael Senior (Cathy); her husband Edwin Richard Carpenter, Jr.; and her stepchildren, Brigitte (John May) and Eric Carpenter (Jolynn). She is also survived by five grandchildren, three step grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and five step great grandchildren.
