He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Arthur Goetz and Ruth Louise Goetz (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Shari; his children, Jennifer Leigh Goetz and Kelly Christine Donnelly (Brian) of California; his grandchildren, Michael Goetz, Eric Byrge, Luke Gilbert and Rebekah Gilbert; his son Joshua Donnelly; and his siblings, Debra Morse, Gary Goetz (Laurie) and Steven Goetz (Rebecca).
