He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Erin, Joanna (Micah) and John (Christine); his grandchildren, Maura, Jack, Bridget, Toby, Owen, Michael, Matilda, Beckett, Adelaide and Maggie; his siblings, Tom, Mary Jo and Pat; and his pet Neala. He is also survived by relatives, colleagues, and friends.
