Prudencia Ota Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2022, at the age of 79, Prudencia Ota (Fairfax, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Prisca Rojo and Wenceslao Mejía of San Miguel, Caltepantla.; and her siblings, Nereo, Abdon, Daniel, Evangelina and Guadalupe Mejía Rojo.
She is survived by: her son Richard Ota; her husband Koji Ota; her daughter-in-law Amy Hanson Ota; her granddaughters, Madeleine Constance Ota and Emily Prudence Ota; and her brother Ismael Mejía Rojo. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in memory of Prudencia Ota to the Dementia Society of America (an organization that educates and provides resources to individuals and families with Dementia).
