He was predeceased by: his parents, Marthe Lefevre and Gabriel Lefevre; his sister Jacqueline Kock (Ray); his former wife Mavis Thompson; and also Bernard Lefevre.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie H. Lefevre; his stepdaughters, Linda Schwartz (Arthur) and Sheila Daout (Max); his nieces, Jan Trent, Jill Sims (Chip) and Glenda Elam; and his cousins, Billy Thomas (Trudy) and Mickey Cornelius. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Phil's name to Lucky Dog Animal Rescue (//http://www.luckydoganimalrescue.org), or the Wildlife Rescue League.
