She is survived by: her husband James Miencier; her daughters, Trang Ouk (Vithear Ouk) of Fairfax Station and Christine Lowry of Clinton, Maryland; her grandchildren, Chris Ouk (Karen Ouk) of Tokyo, Japan and Jenny Ouk (Jake Valentic) of San Francisco, California; her great grandchildren, Kalyn, Sydni and Rylan Ouk; her brother Peter Hao of Arlington, VA; her half-brothers, Bai Nguyen and Phuoc Nguyen of Springfield, Virginia; and her nieces and nephews, Vietnam and Germany.
