He is survived by: his wife Teresa NgLio Santiago; his children, Linda Santiago Wilkins (Nerissa) and Pat "P. J." Ng Lio Santiago, Jr.; his children-in-law, Andrew "Drew" Wilkins and Anna "Carmela" Laygo Santiago; his grandchildren, Eliza Santiago Wilkins, Aiden Santiago Wilkins and Isabella "Bella" Fe Laygo Santiago; his sisters, Angelita "Lita" Santiago Alagar and Amelia "Mellie" Santiago Salvador; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that donations be made in Pat Santiago's name to UNICEF Philippines or simply that an afternoon be spent sharing stories of Pat while surrounded by family and friends, perhaps at a local bowling alley; it is what Pat would have appreciated.
