She was predeceased by: her husband Emory Thompson; and her children-in-law, Chris Jensen and Patricia Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Thompson, Kathy Jensen and Alan Thompson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and stepchildren.
She was an active and committed member of the Braddock Baptist Church, Alexandria, VA. for over 50 years until her health and the COVID pandemic made it unable for her to attend.
