She is survived by: her husband B. Paul Cotter, Jr. of Mark's Church; her children, Mary Amelia (Steve Cortez), Berchmans Paul, III (Julie Kelly), Sarah Elizabeth (Robert Schraven), Ruth Anne and David Matthew (Patty Kramps); her grandchildren, Katherine Rigel, Shea, Kieran, Declan and Maeve Cotter; and her siblings, Thomas Jordan (Diane) and Katherine Hickey.
