He was predeceased by: his father Frank Loch. He is survived by: his mother Nora Loch; his siblings, Brian Loch and Lorrie Loch; and his nieces and nephews, Lily Loch, Heather Loch, Amanda Loch, Victoria Loch, Jonathan Mercier, Rachel Mercier and Dan Loch.
