She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Payne and Tatten Washington Payne; her husband Thomas Hogan; and her siblings, Nathaniel Payne (Buck), Roberta Redmon (Birdie) and Minnie Viola Jackson.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Hogan Jr. and Bryant Hogan; her siblings, Earlene Decosta, Roberta Ford, Sheila Payne, Celestine Payne, Debra Payne and Theodore Payne; her siblings-in-law, Carlton Ford (Old Man) and Glenda Payne; her grandchildren, Janelle Hogan, Tara Hogan, Dwayne Hogan, Nathaniel Hogan, Briana Hogan and Matthew Hogan; and her friend Butch Page. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
