It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Richard Berg (Fairfax, Virginia), born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Berg and Florence Berg. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Marie Binet; his sister Dorothy McIlquham of Thousand Oaks, CA; his sons, Jack (Suzanne Attenborough) of Palo Alto, CA, Tom (Valerie Moulton) of Vienna, VA, Jim (Kathy Kaiser) of Bear, DE and Joe (Nancy Wehage) of Eden Prairie, MN; his grandchildren, Dr. Amanda Anton (Eric), Elizabeth Berg, Lieutenant Commander Jimmy Berg (Sarah), Kristina Berg, Dr. Cally Berg, Michael Berg and Tia Berg; and his great grandchildren, Robert Anton, James Berg, Sophia Anton, John Berg, Laura Berg, William Anton, Emma Berg and Patrick Anton.
