He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Finnerty (Bob) and Mary Finnerty (Carroll); his wife Caryl Julia Finnerty (Henry); and his brother Paul Finnerty. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Caputo (Matt) of Haymarket, Erin Phipps (Korey) of White Plains and John Finnerty (Deidra) of Fairfax; and his grandchildren, Faith, Henry, Quinn, Bryce Caputo, Mikaela Finnerty, Julianna and John Finnerty (JJ). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
