He is survived by: his wife Michele Shurbutt; his daughter Karli Shurbutt; his mother Darlene Shurbutt; his sister Melissa "Missy" Hall (Jay); his nieces, Breanna and Kaitlin Watson; his sister-in-law Stacey Watson (Phillip); his uncle Norman Shurbutt; and his father-in-law Michael Hase.
