He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marshall Perkins, Jr. and Josephine Carol Perkins. He is survived by: his siblings, John, III (Faith Perkins), Jerrold (Gail Perkins), James (Jermaine Perkins), Josephine (Robert Yentes), Joseph (Elizabeth Perkins) and Janet (Jeff Boyd). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
