Idil Aden Hassan, age 96, of Fairfax, VA, passed away on October 15, 2023. She was born on July 14, 1927, in Mogadishu, Somalia. Idil Aden Hassan was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The Janazah Salah for Sister Idil Aden Hassan will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023, after Dhuhr Salah at 1:18 pm at the local masijd. Following the Janazah Salah, burial will take place at approximately 3PM.

Idil Aden Hassan's family kindly requests your presence at the Salat al Janazah Salah at Dhuhr to honor her memory and pray for her eternal peace. Please remember her and her family in your duas during this difficult time.

In accordance with Islamic tradition, we say, "Truly, we are from Allah, and to Him we shall return." May Allah SWT accept her good deeds and grant her Jannatul Firdaus.
