She was predeceased by: her grandfather Jose "Lito" Cuyugan Urgino; her parents, Eusebio B. Moore and Julita Mijares Moore; and her daughters, Thelma Moore Singzon and Ethelyn Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Reynaldo "Dinky" Urgino (Lani), Robert "Bambi" Urgino (Maricar), Richard "Reggie" Urgino (Milette), Roland "Tiny" Urgino (Naomi), Cecilienne "Queenbee" Urgino Fructuoso (Tonchi), Randolph "Randy" Urgino (Marsha), Daphne "Deeda" Urgino Savage (Terry), Rafael "Raffy" Urgino (Josette) and Raymond "Patrick" Urgino (Krishna); her grandchildren, Eliana Urgino, Elyssa Urgino, Miko Urgino, Kevin Urgino, Andie Urgino, Via Urgino, Enrico Urgino, Paolo Urgino (Trixie), Pepe Fructuoso (Johanna), Enzo Fructuoso (Daphne), Chesie Fructuoso, Rubilyn Luzon (Mark), Miguel Urgino, Joaquin Urgino, Isaac Savage (Tyler), Celine Savage, Keanne Savage, Blaise Savage, Joey Urgino, Pax Urgino, Hannah Urgino and Hope Urgino; her daughter Leah Moore Mangada; her husband Lito Urgino; her family Ministries; and also, Judah Fructuoso, Sonny Fructuoso, Eli Fructuoso, Kimmy Luzon, Justin Luzon, Braxton Savage and Mary. She is also survived by her children, so very proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (8710 Mount Vernon Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22309). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairfax Memorial Park (9900 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
