She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Dillon and Veronica Dillon (McGowan); her husband James P O'Hara; and her siblings, James, Walter Dillon, Virginia Lee and Vera Durning.
She is survived by: her children, U. S. Navy, Walter Anthony O'Hara (Audrey), Margaret Mary O'Hara (Jen), Patrick Jude O'Hara and James O'Hara III (Ruth); and her grandchildren, Anne O'Hara, James O'Hara IV, Garrett O'Hara and Riley O'Hara U. S. Army. She is also survived by her four children and four grandchildren.
