It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Gertrude Litman of Fairfax, Virginia, who passed away on March 16, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Bierbower (Ditmore) and Howard Bierbower; her husband George Litman Jr.; and her siblings, Betty Jane Bierbower, Laura Barber, Garnet Martin, Marlene Kay Bierbower, Edwin Ray Bierbower, Howard Bierbower Jr. and Hugh Shannon Bierbower.

She is survived by: her sons, George Litman, III (Maria) of Centreville, VA and Scott L. Litman (James R. Lippold) of Annandale, VA; her siblings, Margaret Johnson of Uniontown, PA and Richard Bierbower of Uniontown, PA.; and her grandsons, George Litman, IV and Mark Litman.
