He was predeceased by: his parents, Delle R. C. Lewis Simpkins and Albert Edward Simpkins. He is survived by: his wife OraMae; his grandchildren, Alexander Davies (Rachel), Caitlin Malone, Ryan Malone (Nikki), Justin Schuessler (Isabelle), Julia Michael, Sean Malone, David Michael (Jasmyn), Cameron Schuessler and Casey Malone; and his great grandchild John Davies. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, it is the family's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to International Missions Outreach, Address: P.O.
