He is survived by: his wife Hanh N Whitman; his siblings, Dory Thomassie, Carol Rodriguez (David) and Gordon Whitman (Ann); his cousin Linda Liston; and his friend Joseph H. Grant.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
He fought Parkinson relentlessly as Sisyphus rolling a boulder up the hill and yet reflectively in the gentle flow of Transcendental Meditation.
