He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles F. Geschickter and Mildred Clarke Geschickter; and his siblings, Ned, Jackie Geschickter, Diana and Patricia Geschickter.
He is survived by: his sons, Tad (Jodi) and Chris (Joanne); his nieces, Debbie Giordano (Andy) and Dana Ramsey (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Lindsay Geschickter, Katie, Garrett Geschickter, Tyler, Jordan, R. J. Ramsey, Joey and Bradley Giordano. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
