He was predeceased by: his parents, Juana Heraud and Emiliano Heraud. He is survived by: his wife Rosana; and his children, Karla, Monica, Carlos, Rosana and Daniela. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, one great grandson, siblings, first wife.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the American Heart Association or an Alzheimer's foundation/charity of their choice.
