He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Mayo and Rachel Mayo. He is survived by: his spouse Jamie Jenkins; his children, Hunter, Keith and Christie; and his siblings, Dan, Phyllis and Norma. He is also survived by children, and eight grandchildren.
