He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Thomas (Montgomery); his children, Jeffrey Thomas of Kilmarnock, VA and Lori Kelly (Martin) of Whitestone, VA; and his brother Dan (Frances). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
