He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles I. Budd and Anna Bennett Budd. He is survived by: his spouse Clare Bonniwell Budd; and his daughter Ruth L. Budd (Edgar Varela) of Farmville, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
