Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Viola Koontz of Exmore, Virginia, born in New Windsor, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 96, on June 16, 2020. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul William Koontz; her parents, William D. Tilley and Zora Testermen Tilley; and her granddaughter Robin Lynette Savage. She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Savage (Fred) of Exmore; her niece Shirley Marie Deeds (Mark) of Accomac, VA; and her grandchildren, Brandi Drummond (Josh), Brytni Deeds Ihnat (Justin) and Bryana Deeds (Chris Manzuella). She is also survived by seven great-great grandchildren.
