She was predeceased by: her parents, Faris Feland and Clara Abry Feland of Virginia. She is survived by: her husband Bill Perkins; her daughter Susie Perkins; her sister Susan F. Laster of Rumson, NJ; and her grandchildren, Courtney Sutton of Virginia, Alan Winfield Sutton, III and Taelynn Elizabeth Harris.
