He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Franklin Parks and Etta Mae Evans Parks; his wife Martha Lee Byrd Parks; and his daughter Joan Parks Landon. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Marsh (Robert) of Melfa, VA; his grandchildren, Crystal White Foti (Michael), Robie Marsh (Nicole), Trey White, Tyler Parks (Ana), Brandon Parks (Laura Page) and Jacqueline Sweeney (Colin); his great grandchildren, Dawson Parks, Hayden Parks, Ellie Marsh, Emory Hope Parks, Briggs Marsh and Ryane Sweeney; and his sister Jean Harris (Fred) of Exmore, VA..
