He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Alvin Adams, Sr. and Anna Leimer Adams. He is survived by: his wife Ann Blue Adams; and his daughters, Carrie Adams Dailey and Kristi Adams. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
