It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Hinman of Exmore, Virginia, born in Willis Wharf, Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Lee Johnson and Louise Smith Johnson; her son Adam Hinman; and her stepmother Ann Tilghman Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Frank Hinman; and her children, Douglas Hinman (Jackie) of South Hill, VA, Ray Anthony "Tony" Hinman (Diane) of Chesapeake, VA and Kimberly M. Taylor (Robert) of Belle Haven, VA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren.
