She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Coe Pruitt and LaBelle Sturgis Pruitt Tyndall; and her brother Tony Pruitt. She is survived by: her spouse Francis P. "Pat" Smith; and her brothers, Thomas Pruitt (Brenda Lee) of Melfa, VA and Keith Pruitt of Exmore. She is also survived by two nephews; and three nieces.
