We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2019, at the age of 76, Patricia Lee Hand (Exmore, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Clifton Hand and Frances Duncan Hand. She is survived by: her sister Mary Sue Annable (William) of Newark, DE; her niece Carolyn Ucciferro (Joseph) of Forest Hill, MD; and her nephew Kevin Frazer of Charleston, SC.
