She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Brooks Mason; her parents, Clarence L. Mears and Lucy Taylor Mears; and her siblings, Gladys M. Skoogs, Ann Hall, Clarence L. Mears, Jr., Rooker W. Mears, Ernest Ray Mears and Robert Mears.
She is survived by: her sons, Albert B. Mason, Jr. (Audrey) of Sandston, VA, William E. Mason (Mary) of Birdsnest, VA and Andrew Mason (Dale Foster) of Keedysville, MD; and her brothers, Maxwell Mears of Baltimore, MD and Bobby Mears (Shirley) of Pocomoke, MD. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
