He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Moyano Rojo and Irene Gomez-Castro; and his sisters, Africa Moyano Gomez, Maria Moyano Gomez, Irene Moyano Hickman, Anita Moyano Wilson and Francesca Moyano Gomez.
He is survived by: his children, Carlos Moyano (Shannon) of Exmore and Begonia Manley (Brian) of Exmore; his brother-in-law William R. Wilson of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Kerstin Moyano, David Parks, Ava Moyano, Melinda Gordon and Amber Gordon; and his great grandchildren, Teagan Moyano and Jaxon Moyano. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
