He was predeceased by: his wife Marion Hickson Prince Goffigon. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Cary Goffigon Cridlin (William Gregory Cridlin, Jr.); his grandson William G. Cridlin, III (Robyn); his great grandchildren, Anna and William; and also, Marion Cridlin Wheeler (Jason), Adelaide, Wren, Emerson, Kemper Goffigon IV (Elizabeth Savage Goffigon), Caroline Cooke Goffigon, Staige Davis Goffigon of Edgewood Farm and Cape Charles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cape Charles Rescue Service, P.O. Box 3009, Cheriton, Virginia 23316; to Holmes Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 258 Cheriton, Virginia 23316; or to any charity of choice.
